The Process

1) Our initial contact will be meeting you in person or by speaking to you over the phone. Just fill out the form to the right to get started.

2) Read over and sign a 2-page Purchase & Sale agreement. We will fax, mail, or e-mail it to you.

3) We will close through a local title company.

4) We get you your money via wire transfer or check
